[guadec-list] copyright on guadec video archives

Hi all,

I'm about to get the 2006 guadec archive videos up. The Gnome Foundation
has copyright on the videos. What license should they be released under?
GPL? BY-SA?

Also 2007 guadec people should make the copyright release process part
of submitting a talk/paper -- will make the life easier of whatever poor
schmuck is stuck with the archives.
