[guadec-list] Guadec drupal installation

Hello folks,

I have a small problem with the Drupal installation on window.gnome.org.

The version of Drupal is 4.7.3, which requires PHP 4.3.3 or greater. The
version of PHP on window is 4.3.2. The version mismatch is causing
problem, such as settings not saving. This is (as far as I can tell) due
to a problem with the unicode support of PCRE in PHP 4.3.2, which was
fixed in 4.3.3.

I can't see many options here other than upgrading PHP. It might be
possible to downgrade Drupal, but this is likely to introduce known
security vulnerabilities.

So I am asking for any advice please, as the current guadec.org is
broken without something changing.
