		a) talk
		b) BOF
	2) XST (Chema)
	3) Gstreamer
	4) aRts sound and gnome (Tim Janik)
	5) case story in real life application (Kim)
  * Need more info from Kim on his proposal
  * Possible removals: 
      * Printing and Fonts b/c Raph isn't going
      * Marketing GNOME BOF?
  * Pictures and abstract in program for each talk
  * This info goes on web page too
  * Will accept papers
  * Rebecca will get abstracts for these new proposals
 
Audio and Video of talks:
  * Trying to get the following done:
  * Keynotes will have streaming video
  * Talks will have streaming audio

Food:
  * Breakfast and lunch will be onsite and free or cheap
  * Dinner first night will onsite and free or cheap
  * Try to get Carlsberg beer donated
  * People will take public transportation to dinner spots on other nights
  * They are providing info on public transport and restaurants

Insurance:
  * To be discussed

Transportatio:
  * 10 minute ride from hotels/restaurants to conference center

Bart's Email Update:
  * Sun is planning to send approximately 15 people
  * Maciej has spoken with Matthias Ettrich, who agreed to attend and
    give a keynote
