Ah, i forgot something:

I removed the dictionary dependency becouse
i can't compile it in debian becouse of missing
packages in the repository, so when this packages
came back ill added it again.

  I switched to gsv 2 and i fixed some problems.
Now the old prefs system is finally removed so
should not be any problem to compile the branch.
