Comments

Hi folks,

	I commited a patch today. Now you must be able
to add/edit comments to your messages using Edit->Comment.

	I now the dialog needs improve so if anybody wants
please improve it.

	I had to add the comments panel to the main code
but i think is totally neccessary.
