Half-fixed in CVS. However, the 'insert-at-cursor' callback doesn't seem
to be having much effect for me. The Apply button doesn't get enabled
unless you do 'delete-from-cursor' in the header dialog comment
textview. Are others seeing this too? Any ideas?
