Probably and hopefully, but I don't know when it will happen. Cairomm, atkmm and gtkmm should also get Meson support.

Cairomm and atkmm and gtkmm-3.0 can now be built with meson. If you work with a local git clone, you can build with meson after having pulled in the latest changes. The meson support is not yet included in any released tarballs.
