the Example in section "Glade and Gtk::Builder"

The example referred to expects a glade file called "basic.glade" which
contains a widget called "DialogBasic". Is there such a file somewhere
in your book, or are we supposed to create it ? Generally speaking I
find your documentation and examples to be great, by the way! PCR
