With Ubuntu's change to Gnome and Wayland in 17.10, many
window-manager-related GTKMM functions no longer work; set_decorated (),
set_skip_taskbar_hint (), set_skip_pager_hint (), set_position (),
set_keep_above ()…
I'm using the 3.22.2 GTKMM and 3.22.25 GTK+ that are installed by
default in 17.10. Is this the problem? Is there an available set of
libraries that I should be using?
