Dear,
I work with Msys2 a short time before had set the Msys same, the detail
that our colleague spent may be that you need to check: 32 and mixed 64-bit.
I learned when compiling using the AutoTools tools (autoconf, automake
and autoheader).
With that I put any version mismatch, even wrote an article on the
subject, is in Portuguese, but if you follow the analogy will have the
necessary understanding.
Remember that as you are in the windows should include windows.h to
leave the program integrated with the system.
