Hi,
Unfortunatelly, I didn't prepare build scripts for Visual Studio. You 
could try to compile GStreamermm using mingw. I'm going to try port 
gstreamermm to cmake, and MAYBE it will work on windows with Visual 
Studio. I've got a lot of projects, and I will take care about it 
probably in the next year.
