OK I have found and wrapped (correctly I hope) the libwnck a C lib to do
this stuff, but one problem remains at the moment, does any one know how
to make a window exclude other windows from it space, i.e. so that on
maximise or vertical maximise they will stop at the edge of my window
and not go under it I can make my window Dock and sticky this all helps,
but I need it to behave like a a proper taskbar/panel and exclude the
other windows.
