Which links are you talking about?
I tried looking at that page and I can't see any links to help.gnome.org at
all -- the only links I can see with "devel" as a component point to
library.gnome.org, and appear to be working fine as far as I can tell.
Maybe you need to Ctrl-F5 the page?
