Are bugs still fixed in gtkmm 2.24?

I have found two bugs in comboboxtext.cc in gtkmm version 2.24. They
have probably been fixed in gtkmm 3.0. ComboBoxText is implemented very
differently there.

The last update to branch gtkmm-2-24 in the git repository is about 3
months old. Will bugs still be fixed in that branch? If not, I won't
file a bug report. Or would a bug report still be useful, just to have
the bugs documented?
