Re: Windows XP style

Hi, thanks for help.
I was little bit unhappy with idea of downgrading to such an old version. I was probably using 2.22 Win version from 13-Oct-2010 and now I upgraded to 2.22.0-2 from 10-Nov-2010. With help of Process explorer&monitor I found out yesterday that Gtk::Entry components are not disappearing when loading DLLs from gtkmm installation folder, but they are if I use my redistributables (from old version). Trying to replace files one by one I found that libwimp.dll did the trick, so the problem is fixed in last version. libwimp.dll has to be placed in lib\gtk-2.0\2.10.0\engines folder, not in bin folder, but that's described here http://live.gnome.org/gtkmm/MSWindows#Redistributing

well, i could just write: in last version of gtkmm it is ok :-)))

thanks, Martin

I had similar problems with newer gtkmm versions, so I can't use them,
why ever.
