Couple of mistakes in "Programming with gtkmm"

Hello.

I'm reading Appendix H, and just see a couple of issues in the text.

1. At the beginning of the Appendix the sample wrapper called libexamplemm:

"For instance, let's pretend that we are wrapping a C library called
libexample... Typically our wrapper library would be called
libexamplemm."

Later, in description of directory structure we use name
libsomethingmm. And more later, in description of modifications in
build files we again use libexample.

2. The Appendix suggests to check base library code from svn:

$ svn co svn.gnome.org/svn/gnomemm/libgdamm/trunk libsomethingmm

but none GNOME Project use git, so it believe it should be changes
appropriately.
