Packaging mm-common

Hi,

since mm-common is maintainer's build dependency for mm modules, it
would be good to have it packaged, so I (and others) could develop mm
modules using tools from distro instead of built by self. I'll write a
review request to Fedora tomorrow - I have already spec written and
source rpm built. It is ok?
