* goocanvas/src/item.hg:
* goocanvas/src/item.ccg: Remove the const qualifier for the
get_items_at_vfunc, because otherwise the item itself cannot be added
to the returned list of items.

Patch to remove CANVAS_* from enums
I'm not sure if fixing this would break any other software so I think that's
why this has not been fixed, but just in case, I think this patch would fix
this. It can be applied whenever it is convenient.

Great. Please apply.
We are not really API or ABI stable yet, so it's OK.

Devhelp documentation refers to gtkmm docs, which should be residual from the
gtkmm split. Fix is trivial and attached, which also uses the reference
index.html as start point.

The original start page has been removed, but devhelp still refers to it, which
causes it unusable. Fix is trivial and attached, which uses reference
index.html as start page.
