There is a problem in the off-line document archive

Hello,
The index file for the offline document version has to be fixed in a few 
places. The links leading to each chapter are not accurate:
<li><a href="tutorial/html/ch03.html">Basics</a></li>
the link should become "tutorial/html/chapter-basics.html"
This problem could be found at many places in the index.html.
The pages for each chapter have some errors. Icons directory is missing 
in the archive and has to be included so next and back buttons are 
displayed properly.
So far that's it :)
