New API in GTK+ 2.13/14

It looks like GTK+ 2.14 will be released quite soon. I have not been
paying enough attention to it, so it would be great if people could take
a look and try to wrap the new API for gtkmm so we can release gtkmm
2.14 soon afer GTK+ 2.14 is released.
