Fixed size policy of ProgressBar

Hello, colleagues !

I have to put some progress bars with fixed sizes onto Gtk::EventBox, in
Gtk::Window subclasses I can do

set_size_default (w, h);
set_resizable (false);

But these methods are available on Gtk::Window class only, which way I
have to do it for another widget classes ? Thanks.
