gtkmm installation/ATK

Hi,

Get error when configure gtkmm with or without  --enable-api-atkmm=no :

checking for ATKMM... Requested 'atk >= 1.9.0' but version of Atk is 1.6.1
configure: error: Package requirements (glibmm-2.4 >= 2.8.11 atk >= 1.9.0) were not met:

And it seems nowhere to get ATK.
