Cygwin and GTKmm

I have just recently installed CygWin, I looked for the GTKmm library in the Cygwin setup but I could not find one; just the gtk+. 
Is there a GTKmm port to the Cygwin?
If I download GTKmm and install it in the cygwin foldre, would work?
Can anybody help me?
