gstmm needs a syntax cleanup!

Murray,

Could you please take a look at the gstreamermm SVN as it is of now;
like we discussed on IRC there is a lot of non-mmproject-conformant
code around, starting with suffixed const (T const& a, instead of
const T& a), brackets+spacing issues (missing spaces for braces), and
general indentation issues which make the indentation different from
all other -mm projects.
