How to make a CheckButton big?

Hi,
I want to change the actual size of a checkbutton ( Eg: Gtk::CheckButton checkbutton; ).
I need to display it in a big size. Because my application is going to be deployed in touch screen.
So the checkbuttons should be displayed big. so that the user can touch the checkbuttons to check or uncheck it.
Is this possible?. please give me ideas!
