gtkmm officially recognized as a blessed GNOME dependency

Hello gtkmmers,

I just wanted to share with you the excellent news we have today.

Gtkmm has been officially recognized by the GNOME release team as
a blessed dependency of programs that are to be part of GNOME.

This has been a long road. I would like to thank all of you who made
this happen.

Now when you see a friend of yours struggling to get his GObject
foo right, lost in tens of lines just to make inheritance work, please
tell him to use gtkmm and do class Foo : public Bar {/*...*/};
