Files needed to distribute on win32 platform

Hi,

I have an application for win32, which i would like to distribute in a
simple manner.
For now, it can be done by installing the gtk+ and gtkmm runtime
environments (some 12megs to download) and then installing my app.
Can i directly take the dll/lib files from the gtk+/gtkmm and
distribute them along with my app?
