$ yum list | grep mm

Copy all the names the are returned from that that are gtkmm/gtkmm-devel
related and do ...

$ yum -y install <those packages>


You may need to add the "fedora extras" repo on Core 3 [
http://a9.com/Fedora%20pre%20Extras ] (its there by default on Core 4).
