gtkmm 2.6.2 test

I have made some changes to the private TreeView template methods, to
fix a bug [1]. I don't think I have changed any exported symbols, but
please test this tarball:
http://www.murrayc.com/temp/gtkmm-2.6.2.tar.gz

Please test that your applications still work (without a rebuild) after
installing 2.6.2 over 2.6.1.
