gnome port on win32

Hi,
I'm trying to develop an application with gtkmm on both linux and windows platforms.
As such some of the widgets like IconLIst are available in gnome module (subsequently gnomemm),
My Question is can i use these widgets and expect the code to work fine on windows also. ?
To put it in another way, is gnome/gnomemm port available for win32 ?
