Currently, there is little support for gnome on win32, especially if you
want a native port. Currently, your best option is the cygwin
distribution (http://www.cygwin.com) that includes gnome 2.8.
Unfortunately, it requires a X server (xorg is included in the
distribution) and the cygwin runtime is GPL -> your code must also be GPL.
