custom window borders

Hi,

I'm just looking at the GTK-- library for the first time. In the 
tutorial I saw a section for custom widgets (BTW, it doesn't raw 
anything for me, but never mind). What I'd be interested in, though, is 
how to crate custom windows. I mean windows with custom borders around them.

Could anyone give me some starting points? I didn't see any construct 
such as javax.swing.border.Border in Java/Swing.
