[gtkmm] gtkmm-2.4.2 on win32 : new installer

I have just uploaded a new installer for gtkmm-2.4.2 on win32 (mingw32).

Go grab it at

I have also updated my gtkmm on win32 page 
(http://www.pcpm.ucl.ac.be/~gustin/win32_ports/)

It contains contains libsigc++-2.0.1, glibmm-2.4.2, gtkmm-2.4.2 and 
libglademm-2.4.2. As dropline has recently stopped the development of its 
GTK+ runtime installer, I now recommend the installer from the gladewin32 
project (http://gladewin32.sourceforge.net).

Please note that the new installer is now built using NSIS 
(http://nsis.sourceforge.org) and is still a little rough at the edges. 
Hopefully, new features (net install, package updates, ...) will be added 
to upcoming releases.

As usual, feel free to report any bug/problem.
