This is definitely A. The gtk-wimp theme is now the default in the latest GTK+ runtime from dropline. Unfortunately gtk-wimp shipped with version 2.2.4.1 of GTK+ has a display bug when used with the default luna theme under WinXP. With Windows 2000 or with Windows XP + classic theme, everything works fine though. gtk-wimp is now at version 0.5.2 on sourceforge but unfortunately Todd Kulesza has not updated its gtk+ installer yet. I emailed him a few weeks ago to point out this problem.
