Hi Gene,
Thanks for your docbook contribution. I guess I can merge it with a docbook
translation of the README.win32 (say gtkmm-win32.xml) and send it back to
you for a review.

compilers in Visual Studio to fully support the C++ standard.
Visual Studio C++.Net 2003 (to be released in April) is supposed to be 98%
ANSI compliant (and finally implement partial template specialization).
