[gtkmm] Gtk::TreeSelection

In regards to the Gtk::TreeSelection interface I noticed the
get_selected() method is not a const method. Why? It seems to me it
should be const
unless of course calling it somehow changes the selection state?
I'm using gtkmm-2.2.2 perhaps its already been fixed.
