[gtkmm] Problems with Dev-C++ and gtkmm

Hello :-)

This is the first time I post to this list so bare with me :-)

I´ve read the documentation how to install gtkmm with Dev-C++: 
http://gtkmm.sourceforge.net/gtkmm2/docs/tutorial/html/ape.html

I´ve downloaded and installed:
- Dev-C++ 4.9.8.0 (installed in C:\Dev-C++)
- imagelib-2.DevPak (installed with Dev-C++ package-manager)
- GTK-Runtime-Environment-2.2.1.2.exe 
    installed in C:\Programme\Shared Files\GTK\2.0 and added run-
    time to my PATH as asked due to the installation procedure)
- GTK-Development-Environment-2.2.1.2.exe
    installed in C:\Dev-C++
- gtkmm-2.2.5.1.exe (installed in C:\Dev-C++\gtkmm)
- gtkmm-runtime-2.2.5.1.exe (installed in C:\Programme\Shared Files\gtkmm
    and added runtime to my PATH as asked due to the installation pro-
    cedure)
- edit PKG_CONFIG_PATH to my system variables 
    (C:\Dev-C++\gtkmm\lib\pkgconfig) 
     C:\Dev-C++\bin> pkg-config --libs --cflags gtkmm-2.0 works fine and
     created the right output (-IC:/Dev-C++/gtkmm/include/gtkmm-2.0 
    -IC:/Dev-C++/gtkmm/lib/gtkmm-2.0/include ....)

Now, I want to test my installation. The documentation told me to create
a new project but what is the right choice? I only have the following choices:

How to create a minimal project with gtkmm with Dev-C++ ?
