[gtkmm] Pixbuf documentation

Hi

I noticed that Pixbufs are quite poorly documented in
gtkmm and gtk. After playing around with them a bit I
wrote a small doc on the basics. You can find it here:

Is there any interest in adding this to the main gtkmm documentation?
