The whole Glib:: namespace doesn't exist in gtkmm 1.2 :)

Note that gtkmm 1.2 is obsolete and shouldn't be used for new
applications.  AFAICT, currently only Debian and Gentoo provide packages
of gtkmm2.  For other distros you'll have to build gtkmm2 from source.
