Hi,

I built my project cournol (cournol.k-2007.de) using the MinGW Developer 
Studio for Windows. More information can be found on
cournol.k-2007.de. Note that some information is outdated.
That was the easiest way for me to compile the code on Windows.

As for your error with MinGW, I am not sure. Did you reference
the paths where the header files are (gcc option -I)? Did you
include the library paths with gcc option -L? Are all required
linker (-l) flags set?
