With the two patches I just sent, GTK-VNC is now functional enough for me

use in virt-manager. To try and get some real world exposure on the code I
would like to put GTK-VNC, and a GTK-VNC enabled virt-manager into Fedora 8
rawhide. So, once we've all reviewed & are happy with the authentication
patches, how about aiming for a first real release within the next week,
if not sooner?
As long as we don't declare API stability, I'm okay with that.
Yeah, I think we probably need a couple of early releases to let real world
applications using the widget before declaring (some of the) API stable.
There are bound to be a couple of wierd edge cases we've not considered
where it could be worthwhile to tweak the API in short term to get a more
sustainable long term API.
Okay, whenever you and John have gtk-vnc the current version of hg
working well enough with virt-manager and vinagre respectively we'll cut
a release.
