Gnome.org bugzilla ticket for unarchiving Gtk-Perl bindings (#797003)

Hi all,

Here is the ticket in the gnome.org bugzilla ticket link for having
the Gtk-Perl bindings unarchived;

If this happens, I'll start working on making releases of all of the
modules so that they have updated metadata, as well as trying to clean
out ticket queues of "low hanging fruit" (doc fixes and obvious bugs).

I will update status to this list once I hear back from the gnome.org sysadmins.
