Glib::IO

I looked at Glib::IO. It is not available in Fedora's repositories and I'm not sure what I have to do now. Command:

$ perl -MGlib::IO -e 1

produces output:

Can't locate Glib/IO.pm in @INC (etc.)

Where is this module available to download?
