[ANN] misc Gtk3 modules

Hi

I've migrated the Mageia installer & tools from gtk2 to gtk3.
In order to reduce the pain, I've made some small modules that helps migration.

(there was a tool I don't maintain that was using Gtk2::Helper->add_watch)

I know people should migrate away from it but same story,
some tools I don't maintain were using it
