Compiling Glib 1.223 on win xp

When I run dmake, I have the following error:

[ LD blib\arch\auto\Glib\Glib.dll ]
C:\Perl\site\lib\auto\MinGW\bin\..\lib\gcc\mingw32\3.4.5\..\..\..\..\mingw32\bin
\ld.exe: cannot open output file ut:blib\arch\auto\Glib\Glib.dll: Invalid argume

I have installed ExtUtils::MakeMaker 6.56 with ppm.
