Automated GUI testing?

Hi folks. We're considering adopting gtk2 for a new project. I'm interested in learning what--if any--tools are available for automated testing of a gtk2-driven perl executable on Unix? Looking around in the mailing list archives, I see that the issue has come up occasionally, though it's not clear if there's a well-known solution.
