In the vein of "less chance of screwing it up by rolling your own," i
would go for that.
The question then is whether changing the mentioned callbacks to be
invoked by
gperl_callback_invoke_trapped() is backwards compatible. Is someone
relying on
exceptions in those callbacks aborting the main loop?
As that would tend to lead to a crash, i should think not.
