Congratulations Torsten! I tested your patch and it works very well: 
nmake runs without any errors.

By the way: I forgot to mention that "nmake test" returns some errors 
during its run. This is the output:

It would be great if you checked the output to verify that it is not 
caused by the fact that SVG is not present (which was mentioned by you 
some posts before).
