GtkIconList is a cleaned-up and partially stripped version of
GnomeIconList. I think Gnome2::IconList supports drag'n'drop.

Failing that, it should be possible to hack something together with
Gnome2::Canvas. (Gnome2::IconList isa Gnome2::Canvas...)
