did the build actually succeed? (as i recall, all the source files
compiled, but the objects went into the wrong directory and the link
failed, so you had to "move *.obj xs" and re-run nmake to get the link
to succeed.)
does
blib\arch\Gtk2\Gtk2.dll
exist?
